Since 2024, the Cyclodermistes project—a fictional profession conceived by artists Henri Morrissette and Sylvain Longpré—has evolved into a series of sculptures created from parts of abandoned bicycles.
These mechanical parts, transformed and assembled, give life to an unlikely bestiary, halfway between taxidermy and contemporary sculpture. The project explores the metamorphosis of objects and the poetry of reuse.
